Fulfillment Processor - Phoenix Onsite

OneSource Virtual (OSV) delivers compliant, in-tenant technology and expert services to automate the administrative, transactional tasks of payroll, taxes, earned wage access, accounts payable, and benefits for Workday customers. This is an onsite role at the OSV office in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tickets to ensure service level agreements and high customer satisfaction levels are being met.
• Process payrolls, FAO, garnishments, benefits, and incoming mail using supplied instructions.
• Process fulfillment requests using supplied instructions.
• Work directly with Payroll Administrators to identify and resolve all issues related to the fulfillment process.
• Maintain required written records, files, and documentation.
• Operate inserting and postage machines.
• Operate shipping stations.
• Follow and maintain 5S standards.
• Work on special projects as assigned by the Fulfillment Manager.
• Print files, run inserting and postage machines, and create shipping documents (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Assess situations requiring document review to ensure correct and timely delivery to recipients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Seasonal overtime required during peak periods such as the W-2 printing window.
• Exceptional attendance record required.
