About the Role

The Fulfillment Operations Team Leader ensures a seamless guest experience by overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of hourly associates through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Manage workload planning to meet sales and fulfillment goals, ensuring accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Maintain safety, food quality, and security standards, and support merchandise protection and store compliance.
• Actively monitor operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements.
• Support guest services, including order pickup and delivery.
• Occasionally assume store leadership duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and operating technology.
• Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
