About the role
You'll be on the front lines of technology fulfillment for new Amazon sites — making sure every order is placed, tracked, and delivered so new facilities open complete and on schedule. Responsibilities
- Process and track technology fulfillment orders for new site launches, ensuring order accuracy and timely submission across all active projects.
- Cook up delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics partners, following up proactively to prevent delays that could impact go-live dates.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across order management and inventory systems, ensuring data integrity for reporting and decision-making.
- Provide cross-functional teams with regular fulfillment status updates, supporting issue escalation and resolution as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of supply chain experience
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology (preferred)
- Experience in MS Access and SQL (preferred)
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents (preferred)

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
