About the Role

As a Fulfillment Center Specialist, you will work within our fast-paced distribution environment. You may start in one area and move to another based on operational needs. Your role is critical to our success: picking, packing, and shipping the right parts quickly for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.
• Pick, pack, put away, receive, and load parts while fostering a positive team environment.
• Use an RF scanner to pick and put away parts in the correct warehouse locations.
• Work with the warehouse team to complete daily orders; performance is measured by the quantity and accuracy of parts processed.

Requirements

• Enjoy physical activity: walking several miles a day, bending, reaching overhead, and lifting/carrying boxes.
• Comfortable using smartphones or handheld scanners.
• Reliable, enthusiastic team player eager to assist others.
• Take pride in accuracy and speed to complete tasks correctly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Pay

Encompass is a pay-for-performance company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a production bonus depending on the position.
