Fulfillment Center Shift Supervisor

This role is responsible for leading and managing a fulfillment team during swing shifts, primarily from 2:30pm to 2am, with occasional Fridays. The Fulfillment Supervisor guides associates to ensure efficient operations, promotes an inclusive culture, nurtures talent through coaching and training, and aligns daily work with business objectives. Key Duties Include Leading and developing a team, conducting interviews, coaching, and training.Providing operational direction to meet productivity and service goals.Managing staffing, resources, and cross-shift collaboration for continuous improvement.Overseeing safety, quality, performance, and compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA, DOT, and others. Qualifications And Skills Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license and successful MVR check.Preferred 1-3 years’ experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution, and supervisory experience.Experience with WMS software like Korber is a plus.Proven track record of exceeding KPIs, with a people-first, solution-oriented approach. This position requires a leader capable of fostering accountability, safety, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
