Fulfillment Center Associate

About the role

We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Team member to join our growing team. This position involves fulfilling customer orders, managing inventory, and communicating with our Australian team to coordinate shipments.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the day's orders (picking and packing)
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Work with our latest products and designs
• Communicate with our Australian team to coordinate shipments
• Plan and manage time effectively
• Complete simple tasks and errands when needed
• Develop leadership skills

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Able to lift up to 49 lbs
• Able to work varying shifts (weekend shift is required)
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to move over, under, and around shelves and other objects
• Full use of hands and fingers to perform tasks

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
• 1+ year of experience working with computers (Office, Word, Excel)
• Excited to get things done in a fast-paced environment
• Open to learning new skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good job performance and behavior as measured through indicators such as teamwork, attendance, quality and productivity

Schedule

• 4 days per week
• 3 shifts during the week
• 1 shift during the weekend
• Shifts from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break
