Fulfillment Associate- PCC

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed.
• Assemble production kits by accurately reading and following detailed specifications and designs.
• Ensure precision and efficiency with 99% accuracy on average production outputs.
• Organize, stock, and maintain raw materials to support the flow of production.
• Work closely with production leadership to meet daily goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Step up with flexibility—tackling new tasks as assigned and collaborating across departments.
• Hold ourselves accountable for upholding our safety standards while bringing energy and pride to every shift.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalency degree.
• One or more years experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• One or more years experience in material handling or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to consistency and quality.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate needs, questions, and updates.
• Reliable time management and organizational abilities to keep production on track.
