Responsibilities
- Fulfill orders for internal and external customers by scanning and processing documents.
- Aids process servers in completing service for CT’s Registered Agent function.
- Researches legal documents.
- Resolves or escalates issues.
- Follows requests through to completion.
- Communicates progress to customers and internal teams.
- Navigates between multiple processing systems and databases.
- Contributes to customer satisfaction and organizational success.
- Participates in process improvement programs, best practices, and occasional special projects.
- Processes state and customer documents following established standard operating procedures using proprietary and Microsoft suite applications.
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Prefer some college.
- Experience: 1+ years customer service experience. Prefer experience in retail, hospitality, or office environment.
- Good typing skills (30 wpm.).
- Experience with ERP systems and databases preferred.
Skills
- Order Entry Systems: Proficiency in using order entry software.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in order processing.
- Customer Service: Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
- Documentation: Ability to maintain and organize operational documents.
