The company has achieved significant growth and industry recognition by helping customers save on fees while providing a transparent and cost-effective platform for concert, sports, and theater ticket buyers and sellers.About the OpportunityThe Fulfillment Associate manages ticket transactions to ensure accurate and timely delivery. This role supports the customer experience by resolving fulfillment issues, coordinating with internal teams, and mediating buyer and seller disputes. The position contributes directly to operational efficiency, transaction accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities• Fulfill transactions placed on the platform according to established standard operating procedures.• Oversee ticket delivery and manage cancellations, replacements, and refunds as needed.• Address unconfirmed and rejected orders promptly.• Submit and manage ticket retransfer requests.• Communicate with buyers and sellers by phone and email to support successful fulfillment.• Learn and utilize various ticket transfer platforms.• Collaborate with Broker Relations to identify and resolve seller performance issues.• Make timely decisions regarding cancellations or replacements without a dollar limit.• Mediate fulfillment disputes between buyers and sellers.• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Fulfillment Manager.Requirements• Must be located in New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, or Oregon.• Availability to work full-time hours, including nights and weekends.• Bachelor’s degree preferred.• Minimum 1 year of operational experience.• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.• Clear and effective communication skills.• Proficiency with ticketing software, G-Suite, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.• Prior ticketing industry experience is advantageous.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Estimated annual pay range of $45,000–$52,000 for the New York City market, equivalent to approximately $22–$25 per hour.• Compensation decisions are based on qualifications, experience, skills, and internal equity.Benefits & Perks• Health care coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.• Retirement plan contributions, including 401(k) and IRA options.• Basic, voluntary, and AD&D life insurance options.• Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.• Family leave policies, including maternity and paternity leave.• Training and professional development opportunities.• $100 monthly stipend for attending live events.
