Fulfillment Associate
Position Summary
Mom’s Meals, a leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is experiencing rapid growth. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, and packing a portion of each customer's order as it passes in front of them in a safe and efficient manner. This position is fast-paced and requires the associate to remain in a refrigerated environment throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Pick correct items for cooler boxes
- Scan appropriately and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
- Pay close attention to detail while performing job duties including but not limited to reading labels, selection of product, etc.
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Produce a quality work output on a consistent basis
- Move product from one location to another, following food sanitation and safety guidelines
- Absorb and assist with general housekeeping
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
- Able to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally
- Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime
- Strong service orientation
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Must have basic reading skills
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution, or similar environment preferred

Pay
- 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm (must have weekend flexibility), starting pay of $16.50/hour
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am (may need weekend flexibility), starting pay of $18.00/hour
Schedule
- 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm (must have weekend flexibility)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am (may need weekend flexibility)
