The Role
We're looking for motivated, hardworking, and reliable Retail Fulfillment Associates to join our warehouse team!
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using an order list.
- Fold and prep clothing professionally to ensure a beautiful unboxing experience.
- Tag and organize incoming merchandise quickly and accurately.
- Process customer returns and assist with basic administrative warehouse tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working in apparel retail or warehouse operations preferred.
- Sense of urgency - this is a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and accountability.
- Effective communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliability and accountability.
- Consistently meeting goals and metrics.
- Able to travel to our South SF warehouse Monday-Friday.
- Able to be on your feet 8-10 hours a day (stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach), climb and descend stairs safely, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Hours
Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm (8 hour shift with 30 minute lunch break)
Location
South San Francisco (near South San Francisco Caltrain station)
