Fulfillment Associate

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support customer order processing in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with multiple teams to ensure orders are accurate, tracked properly, and delivered on time.

• Process and enter customer orders accurately into company systems
• Verify order details including billing and shipping information
• Communicate order status, shipping dates, and delays to customers and internal teams
• Cookordination with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to support fulfillment
• Track and resolve order issues, including delays or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of orders and shipment activity
• Support overall workflow efficiency across departments

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
