Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Assist in developing and implementing wellness programs tailored to client needs.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to monitor progress and adjust programs as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of wellness initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance client satisfaction and program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (health sciences, psychology, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
