The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end fulfillment process for Eyewear orders. This role works closely with the Prescription (RX) Lab and Supply Chain Management team to ensure products are inspected, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do Pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and within established service levelsPerform final quality inspections to ensure products, packaging, and order contents meet company standards prior to shipmentVerify SKUs, product labels, serial numbers, quantities and order information to ensure shipment accuracyReceive, inspect, and process inbound inventory while maintaining accurate inventory recordsOrganize, store, and replenish inventory to maintain an efficient and orderly warehouse.Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to prevent stock shortages.Assemble packaging materials and ensure products are packaged securely in accordance with company standardsPrepare shipping labels, documentation, and update order status in internal systemsCoordinate shipments with designated carriers and logistics partnersInvestigate and report inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and damaged productsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport additional operational tasks, including but not limited to, warehouse setup, process improvements, new product launches, inventory tranfers, returns processing, and other operational initiatives as assigned What You Bring High school diploma or equivalentExperience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or retail operations preferredExperience using inventory or warehouse management systems is a plusBasic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to lift and move packages up to approximately 50 lbs.
