Fulfillment Associate
About the role
Crowd Cow is an online retailer providing access to the best meats and seafoods. Our Warehouse Fulfillment team ensures our exacting standards are met and our customers' orders arrive on time with 100% accuracy. This team works as a highly skilled and detail-oriented group, maintaining peak performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process, pack, and ship orders accurately
- Maintain inventory of products; restock as needed
- Inspect products for damages; report as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
- Receive and appropriately sort and store incoming products
- Prepare products for shipping
- Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
- Additional duties and responsibilities assigned as needed
Qualifications
- A high school diploma preferred
- Proven work experience in a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment (optional)
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Good working knowledge of computer usage for order fulfillment
- Solid communication and inventory skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs
Pay
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $18.50. Full-time employees receive generous medical benefits and PTO packages.
Schedule
Hours are flexible and can be arranged based on availability and company needs.
