Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage customer orders within our order entry system
• Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to fulfill orders efficiently
• Support inventory checks and report any discrepancies
• Maintain operational records and documentation
• Assist with demand planning under supervision
• Respond to basic customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support team operations

Requirements

• Proficiency in using order entry and management software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Basic customer service understanding and skills
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Organizational skills to maintain documentation and records
• Minimum high school diploma; associate degree in a relevant field preferred
• This is a 100% onsite position
• Availability to work up to 5 hours of overtime as needed
• Flexibility for potential extension of the assignment

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or administrative setting
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Basic knowledge of supply chain operations
• At least 3 years of experience in the legal or a related field (preferred but not required)
