About the role
This is an on-site position at the Store Support Center in Irving, TX.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily dispatch plans with each carrier to achieve optimal store inventory targets
- Freight rate management
- Cook with the Fuels Product Scheduler to analyze and communicate optimal supply point to the carrier
- Aid in loading issues at the terminal and ensure resolution
- Aid in emergency related issues caused by a driver during a delivery and ensure appropriate action for remediation
- Work closely with Environmental Compliance to ensure environmental matters are referred to environmental personnel in a timely manner
- Manage and communicate store fuels related activities on a store basis (Store opening and closing, Re-Brand/Re-Model, TOS, and Re-tanks)
- Manage and support day-to-day operations and assist with daily delivery reconciliation within KeyVu
- Manage, track and communicate all fuels related maintenance issues
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years previous Transportation, Fuel Operations or Fuel Accounting related experience preferred
