Fuel Truck Driver

About the role

Sugar Farms Co-op is seeking an experienced Fuel Truck Driver to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Class B CDL driver’s license and significant experience operating fuel transport vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Ability to read, speak and write English and/or Spanish.
• Ability to work with others and/or alone with minimum supervision.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate information pertaining to the job.
• Maintain accurate fuel and lube inventories.
• Fueling and servicing of all related equipment.
• Capable of obtaining forklift certification within 30 days.
• Able to follow proper safety and housekeeping procedures pertaining to the area.
• Furnish basic hand tools pertaining to the job.
• Work the posted scheduled and unscheduled hours as necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Possess a valid driver's license CDL class A with Hazmat endorsement.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a physical and drug screening.
