Pick-up, Deliver and Transport

• Pick up, deliver, and transport equipment, machinery, parts, and supplies for the company and its customers.
• Maintain records of all pick-ups and deliveries including required signatures.
• Safely load and unload the delivery vehicle.
• Afford assistance in scheduling equipment pick-up and delivery times and dates.
• Oversee the condition of equipment being delivered to ensure high standards.

Safety and Vehicle Maintenance

• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and practices at all times.
• Maintain all assigned vehicles in good, clean working condition.
• Perform necessary maintenance.

Customer Service

• Provide operating instructions to customers at the time of delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction prior to completing delivery.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.

• Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products, services, and support of all staff.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
