Fuel Transportation Dispatcher

About the role

Henner Tank Lines, Inc., a premier fuel carrier and employee-owned company, is hiring Fuel Transportation Dispatchers (AM and PM shifts) to join our operations team in Vacaville. In this role, you’ll coordinate routes, support drivers, and ensure safe, efficient, and on-time fuel deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Assign loads to drivers, maximizing efficiency and minimizing deadhead miles.
• Manage schedules for high-volume accounts and adjust as needed.
• Handle driver and customer calls with professionalism.
• Enter and track loads in the dispatch system.
• Collaborate with team members during fast-paced shifts.

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial trucking dispatch experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; adept at learning new systems.
• Organized, calm under pressure, and customer-focused.
• Bay Area knowledge a plus.

Pay

$75,000 – $90,000 per year DOE + monthly performance-based bonus.

Schedule

AM Shift: 5 AM – 5 PM, 4 Days On / 3 Days Off. PM Shift: 5 PM – 5 AM, 4 Days On / 3 Days Off.
