About the role
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team in Sparta, TN. This position is responsible for assembling components and finished products while meeting quality, safety, and production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and production specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures as required
- Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain consistent production pace to meet daily goals
- Identify and report defects, quality concerns, or equipment issues to supervision
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production needs
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production setting
- Repetitive motion and standing throughout the shift
- May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
