Responsibilities
- Provide customer service as defined by the employer within company policy.
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing policies for operating Fuel Stations, including hours of operation, staffing, and scope of operations.
- Change signs and prices as directed by merchandising.
- Conduct daily inventory of stock, write fuel station orders, and verify order completeness upon arrival.
- Receive and record gas deliveries on the Fuel Delivery sheet.
- Maintain cleanliness of the fuel station area.
- Perform daily safety inspections of tanks and pumps, checking gaskets, cover locks, etc.
- Pump gasoline for customers as needed.
- Transport absorbent material to clean spills in the drive-up area.
- Restock windshield washer fluid in pump-side containers.
- Rotate product and remove out-of-date items.
- Pick up products from the grocery store and transport them to the Fuel Station as needed.
- Manage Fuel Station operations and supervise Fuel Station Clerks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to follow company customer service procedures.
- Demonstrated prior customer service skills or related experience.
- Ability to interact with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to train and supervise employees.
- Permits/licenses vary depending on store location and state/county requirements.
This is a safety-sensitive position, as job responsibilities include tasks that could affect the safety or health of the employee or others.

Pay
The pay range is $28.15 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
