FUEL CENTER/CLERK

About the role

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center.
• Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Deliver and encourage excellent customer service.
• Pump gas, complete daily tour and inspection, fill out incident and security reports, clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report, recover displays, and maintain cleanliness of department.
• Perform cashier functions, answer telephones, comply with corporate policies, comply with all safety guidelines and standards, promote and follow company initiatives, and maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.

Requirements

• Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
