About the role
Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center.
- Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation.
- Manage cash register and assist customers.
- Pump gas, complete daily tour and inspection, and fill out incident and security reports.
- Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
- Recover displays and maintain cleanliness of department.
- Perform cashier functions, answer telephones, and comply with corporate policies.
- Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
- Follow company initiatives and promote them.
- Manage customer service by delivering and encouraging others to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
- Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
- Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
Requirements
- Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
