About the role

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center.
  • Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Manage cash register and assist customers.
  • Pump gas, complete daily tour and inspection, and fill out incident and security reports.
  • Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
  • Recover displays and maintain cleanliness of department.
  • Perform cashier functions, answer telephones, and comply with corporate policies.
  • Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
  • Follow company initiatives and promote them.
  • Manage customer service by delivering and encouraging others to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
  • Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
