Responsibilities
- Process fuel transactions and invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with policies and customer contracts
- Analyze bill of ladings, reconcile discrepancies, and generate invoices
- Manage daily customer draft notices and reconcile monthly charges
- Complete the monthly closing process
- Auxiliary in special projects by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Reliability and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick learner of new software
- Reliable transportation required
