FT - Temporary - Ophthalmic Technician II

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule only if posting actually states them. Pay is given: "Offered pay: $23–$25 per hour." So we need Pay section. Schedule? Not explicitly given; maybe "FT Temporary" indicates full-time temporary but schedule not specified. No explicit schedule like hours per week. So we should not create Schedule section. Benefits: posting mentions "comprehensive benefits package", "company paid life insurance", "Paid holidays and generous paid time off", "Paid parking where applicable", "Team oriented working environment", "Clear career ladder opportunities". Also earlier: "We offer excellent hours with no major holidays, a comprehensive benefits package, and a collaborative, supportive environment". So we have benefits content. So Benefits section.
About the role: we have description of role: "Inland Eye Specialist is seeking a patient-focused FT Temporary - Ophthalmic Technician II to join our practice located in Murietta, California." plus description of practice etc. Could be About the role. We'll include.
Responsibilities: list of duties bullet points.
Qualifications: list of qualifications.
Skills: maybe separate from Qualifications? The posting includes "Must be proficient with the following skills:" list. Could be Skills section.
Requirements: maybe overlapping with Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include Requirements if there is distinct content. The posting includes "The FT - Temporary Ophthalmic Technician II must have a minimum of five + years as an ophthalmic technician and have achieved their Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) certification." That's a requirement. Also "This role will perform all duties and functions of an Ophthalmic Technician I." etc. Could be Requirements. But we also have Qualifications list. Might combine? Better to separate: Requirements: minimum 5+ years, COT certification, etc. Qualifications: HS diploma, proficiency with terminology, etc. Skills: list of specific proficiencies.
We must not invent filler. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
We need to remove boilerplate: lines like "While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, Certified Ophthalmic Assistants or Technicians are especially preferred, Apply today and grow your career with Inland Eye Specialist! This is your opportunity to join one of the areas most recognized leaders in ophthalmology and optometry." Some of that is fluff but still substantive? It's marketing but maybe we keep as part of About the role? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Apply today..." is application instruction, should be removed. Also "While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply..." is also encouraging to apply, maybe considered application instruction? Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove that sentence. Also "This is your opportunity to join one of the areas most recognized leaders..." is fluff but not boilerplate; could be kept as part of About the role. However it's somewhat promotional; but we can keep as it's substantive about the practice. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep descriptive sentences about the practice, mission, etc. Only remove explicit application instructions like "Apply today and grow your career", "Apply today", etc. Also "We would thoroughly enjoy meeting with you and discussing our employment opportunities" is also application invitation; remove.
Also "In Turn We Will ProvideBenefits to full-time team members that include..." there's a missing space; we need to fix formatting but preserve content.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown.
Let's extract sections.
About the role: combine introductory sentences about seeking FT Temporary Ophthalmic Technician II, location Murietta, CA, practice description, mission, values, history, staff, commitment, etc. We'll keep paragraphs.
Responsibilities: bullet list from "Responsibilities" heading onward until before "Qualifications". We'll capture each line as .
Qualifications: bullet list from "Qualifications" heading onward until before "Must be proficient with the following skills:" maybe? Actually after Qualifications list there is "Must be proficient with the following skills:" which is Skills. So Qualifications list ends before that.
Skills: bullet list from "Must be proficient with the following skills:" list.
Benefits: from "In Turn We Will ProvideBenefits..." and also earlier benefits mentions. We'll combine.
Pay: from "Offered pay: $23–$25 per hour."
We need to ensure we don't duplicate content.
Let's parse the text.

We need to strip application instructions: "While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, Certified Ophthalmic Assistants or Technicians are especially preferred, Apply today and grow your career with Inland Eye Specialist!" and "We would thoroughly enjoy meeting with you and discussing our employment opportunities". Also maybe "Apply today and grow your career with Inland Eye Specialist!" is part of that sentence; we remove entire sentence.
Also "# ESP1" is likely a job ID; remove.
Now we need to structure.
