About the role
Responsible for providing customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting with banking operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate financial advice.
- Process cash transactions and manage teller drawers.
- Manage customer accounts and assist with account opening procedures.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and customer service principles.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
