Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service with a friendly, positive attitude while processing customer transactions.

  • Make empowered decisions to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
  • Participate in training activities and collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role:

  • Holds a high school diploma or GED.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
  • Is able to stand for long periods of time and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Has unrestricted work authorization and does not require future sponsorship.

Desired Skills

  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Prior Teller experience.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.

Schedule

  • 40 hours weekly.
  • Monday - Friday: 7:15 am - 6:15 pm.
  • Saturday: 8:45 am - 1:15 pm.

Pay

Starting pay for Teller positions is $19/hour. Final compensation may vary based on work experience, education, and skill level.
