Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Holds a high school diploma or GED.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrates a desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
- Is able to stand for long periods of time and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
- Has unrestricted work authorization and does not require future sponsorship.
Desired Skills
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Prior Teller experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Schedule
- 40 hours weekly.
- Monday - Friday: 7:15 am - 6:15 pm.
- Saturday: 8:45 am - 1:15 pm.
Pay
Starting pay for Teller positions is $19/hour. Final compensation may vary based on work experience, education, and skill level.
