- Adapt and showcase product recommendations based on customer needs
- Utilize tools like Polo connect to capture meaningful customer data
- Engage in store and company initiatives and community outreach
- Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines
- Engage in networking and sourcing talent to support top talent development
Requirements
- Preferred sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment
- Effective communication skills with both customers and store personnel
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., climb moderately, and operate the register
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers
- Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred
