Springhill Suites by Marriott Roanoke hotel is seeking a fun, detail-oriented, dedicated individual to join our team as a Room Attendant. Responsibilities

• Create Clean, Fresh Spaces: Transform guest rooms into inviting accommodations, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Create Comfort: Prepare beds by changing linens and remaking them with care to ensure guests experience a welcoming and cozy atmosphere.
• Provide Service Excellence: Anticipate guest needs by replenishing amenities and respond to guest requests with a sense of urgency.
• Create Immaculate Bathrooms: Polish and refresh showers, tubs, sinks, and bathroom amenities to ensure a pristine and rejuvenating experience.
• Ensure Guest Safety and Well-Being: Inspect rooms for safety hazards and the operating condition of equipment, reporting issues to maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining timelines.
