Major Purpose
Responsible for the overall operation and optimal quality of care for the Residents.
Responsibilities
- Follows all health and infection control policies
- Maintains established standards of practice set forth by the facility's administration and Nursing policies and procedures
Requirements
- Current Connecticut RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Experience working with residents in a skilled nursing environment preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficient in computer software
- Knowledgeable in medication administration and documentation
