FT Retail Custome Picture Frame Department Manager
About the role
Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships and creating custom framing solutions for art.
Responsibilities
- Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions.
- Develop and coach the team on selling behaviors.
- Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
- Achieve and manage team KPIs and ensure they meet their goals.
- Review sales and production workload, build plans, and manage sales floor time for networking.
- Manage and execute inventory management processes as assigned.
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Support with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training of new Team members; participate in Talent Development and Performance Management activities.
- Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure compliance with standards and budget.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to maintain a safe environment.
- Engage with customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
- Assist with Omni-channel processes.
Requirements
Basic computer skills. Previous custom framing experience and retail management experience preferred. Ability to lift heavy items and access high shelves.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous custom framing experience and retail management experience preferred.
Skills
Customer service skills, ability to work independently, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational abilities.

Pay
Total Base Pay Range: $14.00 - $19.60
Schedule
Nights, weekends, and early mornings may be required.
