FT/PT RDH – Watertown

We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice in Watertown that has served the community for over 30 years. Our office is known for long-standing patient relationships and a collaborative atmosphere.

About the role

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who values patient-centered care and being part of a positive, respectful workplace. We are happy to consider new graduates who are looking for a practice where they can strengthen both patient-interaction and clinical skills and feel supported as they grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental hygiene care and periodontal maintenance
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term dental health
• Take digital radiographs
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records
• Partner with dentist and team to support comprehensive care
• Help create a welcoming and comfortable patient experience

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RDH license
• Strong communication skills
• Friendly, professional chairside manner
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Experience with digital charting preferred (Office uses Dentrix Ascend)

Pay

$55–$62 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Full-time or part-time options available. Typical hours: Monday-Thursday; 8AM-5PM
