Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental hygiene procedures including:
- Prophylaxis (cleanings)
- Scaling and root planing
- Powdering
- Sealant placement
- Fluoride treatments
- Take and develop digital and panoramic X-rays
- Use voice-activated perio charting software for accurate documentation
- Conduct patient education on oral hygiene, home care, and treatment options
- Maintain a clean and organized hygiene room
- Schedule recall/maintenance visits with patients directly in the hygiene room
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to sterilize instruments, restock supplies, and maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
Qualifications
- A current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Proficiency in using Dentrix software (or a willingness to learn)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care
- Knowledge of current dental hygiene practices, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with voice-activated perio charting is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

$48-55
Schedule
Mon-Thurs 8am-5:30pm and every other Friday 8:00am-1:00pm
