FT/PT Food and Beverage Attendant - Lincoln

About the role
The Food & Beverage Attendant delivers outstanding guest service by accurately taking, preparing, and serving food and beverage orders while upholding quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards. This role supports daily operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all guests.
- Accurately take, prepare, and serve food and beverage orders following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of menu offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Review completed orders with guests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and comply with cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations in accordance with health regulations and department standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and local, state, and federal requirements.
- Attend required meetings and training sessions.
- Present a professional appearance and deliver exceptional service to guests and team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous food service, server, or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to operate mobile devices, touch-screen technology, and POS systems.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout restaurant and gaming environments.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Exposure to elevated noise levels, secondhand smoke, cleaning chemicals, and hospitality operations.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and manual dexterity required for food and beverage preparation and service.
- Ability to maintain balance, coordination, and endurance throughout assigned shifts.
- Frequent interaction with guests and team members requiring effective verbal communication.
Pay
$16.00/hour
Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions available. Schedule varies based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
