About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant delivers outstanding guest service by accurately taking, preparing, and serving food and beverage orders while upholding quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards. This role supports daily operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all guests.
  • Accurately take, prepare, and serve food and beverage orders following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge of menu offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Review completed orders with guests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and comply with cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations in accordance with health regulations and department standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions.
  • Present a professional appearance and deliver exceptional service to guests and team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Previous food service, server, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate mobile devices, touch-screen technology, and POS systems.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout restaurant and gaming environments.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Exposure to elevated noise levels, secondhand smoke, cleaning chemicals, and hospitality operations.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, and manual dexterity required for food and beverage preparation and service.
  • Ability to maintain balance, coordination, and endurance throughout assigned shifts.
  • Frequent interaction with guests and team members requiring effective verbal communication.

Pay

$16.00/hour

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available. Schedule varies based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
