FT PM Memory Care Resident Assistant

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene)
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions
• Strive to bring joy and smiles to residents through daily care and support

What You'll Need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A desire to advance to a full-time position
• CBRF Certification preferred but not required
• One year of Resident Assistant experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions
