Memory Care Resident Care Assistant- PM Shift

About the role

In this role, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and social and spiritual pursuits while promoting their dignity, independence, self-determination, privacy, choice, and rights.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) and medication reminders.
• Identify residents’ physical and cognitive changes, making appropriate follow-up decisions, documentation, and communication to appropriate associates.
• Assist residents with leisure time programming, including escorting them to and from activities.
• Assist with dining services and general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR certification.
• 1-2+ years of caregiving experience preferred.

Skills

• Ability to show compassion and empathy toward residents and associates.

Pay

USD $17.00 – $20.00 per hour.
