About the role
Responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring facility integrity, and managing staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are in good working order.
- Manage and train maintenance staff to meet operational standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues affecting facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
