About the role
Southern Health Partners, a leader in correctional healthcare for more than 30 years, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care at the Craven County Jail. The LPN will work alongside a dedicated healthcare team delivering essential medical services to patients in a secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and care.
- Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.
- Follow all facility and company policies and procedures.
