FT Lead Cook

About the role

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead cook to our Elior Collegiate Dining team. As a lead cook, you will have the opportunity to handle and prepare food while training and supervising a team of exceptional foodservice professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in the preparation of food items
• Adhere to recipes while maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work environment
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Control food and inventory costs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent multitasking, leadership, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related field
