About the role

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor peers, especially new merchandisers
• Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards to drive sales
• Build relationships with store employees and management
• Ensure fixtures are placed optimally in POS throughout the assigned territory
• Stay informed about market trends and communicate them to the District Manager

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (with exception for Metropolitan Markets)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for long periods
• General availability during daytime business hours for training

Qualifications

• Energetic, reliable, and great with people
• Quick learner with attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology and following directions, but able to make decisions when necessary
