Auvita Financial is expanding its nationwide sales team and looking for motivated professionals who want more freedom in how they work, greater control over their income, and the opportunity to build a business they can truly call their own. This is a fully remote opportunity that can be performed from anywhere in the United States. You can work from home, travel while continuing to serve your clients, or create a schedule that allows you to be more present with your children and family. Agents may begin part time while maintaining another job or build a full-time career from the beginning.

About the Role

Agents meet with prospective clients by phone or video appointment to understand their financial situation, family responsibilities, budget, and insurance needs. The role is consultative and relationship-focused. Your responsibility is to help each client understand their options and determine which available solution is appropriate for their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting phone or video appointments with prospective clients
  • Interviewing clients to understand their needs, goals, budget, and existing coverage
  • Reviewing multiple carrier and product options
  • Presenting recommendations clearly and ethically
  • Completing and submitting insurance applications
  • Following up on underwriting requirements and pending applications
  • Helping clients through the policy placement process
  • Maintaining communication with existing clients
  • Conducting policy reviews and identifying changing coverage needs
  • Managing appointments, follow-up, and daily activity
  • Participating in training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Maintaining an active insurance license
  • Completing all required continuing education
  • Following state regulations, carrier requirements, and professional standards
  • Building and maintaining your own book of business

Qualifications

Successful candidates often come from sales, customer service, hospitality, call centers, inside sales, real estate, retail, banking, healthcare, or other client-facing professions. Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required.

  • Confident explaining information and handling objections

  • Coachable and willing to use established systems
  • Self-directed and able to manage a flexible schedule
  • Professional in communication and client service
  • Willing to obtain and maintain a life insurance license
  • Willing to complete required continuing education and carrier training
