Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes dishes.
• Maintains and cleans all dish washing stations, tools, and equipment.
• Maintains and cleans floors, work tables, work areas, bathrooms, and other areas as assigned.
• Disposes of all trash, cardboard, and recycled materials properly in assigned dumpsters and maintains cleanliness and sanitation around dumpster areas.
• Performs routine and non-routine "deep cleaning" jobs as assigned.
• Assists with fundamental food prep and cooking related tasks as needed.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Entry Level Position.
• Answer, report and follow to Kitchen Managers instructions.

Pay & Schedule

• Wages: $14/hr–$16/hr + pooled tips after 90 day probationary period (generally $4–$6/hr).
• Shifts: 7 am to 2 pm or 1 pm to 9:30 pm.
• Must be available weekends.
