FT Concierge / Activities Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable, courteous and efficient transportation service for residents.
• Prepare the bus for operation.
• Maintain the bus.
• Take initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority.

Qualifications

• Verifiable experience driving buses or passenger vans for group transit.
• Demonstrated professional experience in passenger transit or vehicle operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid and active driver’s license.
• Meet motor vehicle records clearance requirements.
• Have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and the general public.
• Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member and as an individual.
• Possess current first aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
