Concierge Driver

Full-time position in our Cadillac Service department, located in Ballwin, MO.

About the role

A driving and customer-service position that safely transports customers to and from the dealership, delivers or picks up customer vehicles from their home or work location, and assists with other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers for their business with an outgoing and enthusiastic attitude
• Transport customers to and from the dealership
• Deliver or pick-up customer vehicles from their home or work location
• Transport vehicles safely on the dealership lot
• Maintain a reliable level of attendance
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug- or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)
• Willingness to take a pre-employment drug screening test
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
