About the role

Responsible for overseeing cleaning operations in the Mechanicsville facility, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the facility.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of cleaning tasks to meet operational needs.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established cleaning procedures and standards.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff to address concerns and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
