What You Will Do
- Maintain daily adherence to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain quality reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product testing
- Conduct investigations into food safety incidents
- Deliver GMP and food safety training
What You Will Bring
- A high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of HACCP (HACCP certification preferred)
- Work in a variety of temperatures
- Operate standard laboratory equipment and keep accurate documentation
