FSQ QA Manager

Job Description

The QA Manager leads day-to-day quality and food safety execution on the production floor, ensuring that standards defined by FSQ are consistently followed and verified. This role acts as the execution bridge between: FSQ standards, Operations reality, Key Responsibilities, Pre-op compliance rate, GMP adherence, Product defect rates, Customer complaints.

• QA Team Leadership
• Manage supervisors and technicians
• Drive consistency across shifts
• Pre-Operational & In-Process Verification
• Lead QA pre-op inspections
• Ensure early detection of issues
• Validate corrective actions
• Product Quality Assurance
• Ensure product meets: Specifications, Labeling requirements, Oversee foreign material controls
• Floor-Based Quality Control
• Identify: GMP violations, Process deviations
• Drive immediate corrections
• Cross-Functional Support
• Partner with: FSQ RTE, FSQ Raw
• Support execution of standards
• KPIs Pre-op compliance rate, GMP adherence, Product defect rates, Customer complaints

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years QA leadership
• Strong floor experience
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP
• Strong leadership and coaching skills

Additional Information

The salary range for this role is $100,000- $110,000 (Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience.
