FSQ QA Manager
Job Description
The QA Manager leads day-to-day quality and food safety execution on the production floor, ensuring that standards defined by FSQ are consistently followed and verified. This role acts as the execution bridge between: FSQ standards, Operations reality, Key Responsibilities, Pre-op compliance rate, GMP adherence, Product defect rates, Customer complaints.
- QA Team Leadership
- Manage supervisors and technicians
- Drive consistency across shifts
- Pre-Operational & In-Process Verification
- Lead QA pre-op inspections
- Ensure early detection of issues
- Validate corrective actions
- Product Quality Assurance
- Ensure product meets: Specifications, Labeling requirements, Oversee foreign material controls
- Floor-Based Quality Control
- Identify: GMP violations, Process deviations
- Drive immediate corrections
- Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with: FSQ RTE, FSQ Raw
- Support execution of standards
- KPIs Pre-op compliance rate, GMP adherence, Product defect rates, Customer complaints
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years QA leadership
- Strong floor experience
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
Additional Information
The salary range for this role is $100,000- $110,000 (Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience.
