About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical trials to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new drugs.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage study protocols and ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Develop and implement data management plans to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
  • Work closely with clinical investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful trial execution.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
  • Experience in conducting clinical trials, preferably in a CRO setting.
  • Knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with statistical software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for advancing medical science and improving patient outcomes.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
