Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical trials to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new drugs
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement study protocols, informed consent documents, and other critical documents
- Manage and analyze data from clinical trials to support decision-making
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or related sciences
- Experience in clinical research or related field
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or related sciences
- Experience in leading clinical research projects
- Expertise in statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design and execution
- Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
